Cervecena Brewery Dinners is an intimate (and muy privado) dinner in our very own brewery -yes, literally – in collaboration with the Suviche Hospitality Group featuring un delicioso five course dinner paired with Veza Sur craft cerveza.
For the month of February, we will be collaborating with Chef César González.
César González, Venezuelan Cook, entrepreneur, digital marketing expert, best known in the digital world as César Cocinero.
From the age of 7 he began his walk in the kitchens. Gradually, he strengthened his gastronomic expertise until he became an international name. During his career he has focused on Caribbean and Latin American cuisine. He has received certification as a barista and latte art, bakery and special Sommelier certification by the WSET Wine & Spirit Education Trust (London, UK).
César has won different culinary competitions including the Wynwood BBQ Fest. Currently, he owns Taikin Asian Restaurant , where he blends Asian and Latin flavors, Barbecue 58 , a slow cooked meats concept and The Alpha Dog, a unique food truck offering fast food with a twist. It is difficult to summarize César’s vast experience, but you can guarantee that his cuisine stand out for their creativity and great visual impact, which allows each bite to be an experience.
